Community Guidelines
Last Updated: September 4, 2026
Welcome to the uMorphos community. These Guidelines apply to Company-hosted communities, group chats, forums, cohort spaces, live group experiences, and other interactive spaces unless a Service provides additional written rules.
Our communities may include personal-development conversations, founder and business discussions, strategic implementation, reflective work, and peer support. The purpose is to create a respectful environment where people can think clearly, share appropriately, protect confidential information, and engage without being pressured, exploited, or turned into someone else's content or prospect list.
1. Participate With Respect and Good Faith
Be direct, thoughtful, and respectful. Disagreement is allowed. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, threats, hate speech, discrimination, shaming, personal attacks, unwanted sexual attention, or deliberate disruption are not allowed.
2. Support Without Taking Over
You may share your own experience, ask questions, brainstorm, or offer general observations when appropriate. Do not diagnose another member, present speculation as fact, pressure someone into a decision, or assume authority over another person's life or business. Avoid unsolicited medical, psychological, legal, tax, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
3. Protect Personal and Business Confidentiality
Another participant's story, financial information, business model, pricing, customer information, team information, process, strategy, screenshots, documents, comments, recordings, or other confidential information is not yours to share. Do not copy, screenshot, record, download, publish, repeat, forward, or disclose another participant's information outside the community without clear permission.
4. No Competitive Intelligence, Scraping, or AI Harvesting
Do not scrape, systematically collect, export, archive, analyze, or use community content to build datasets, prospect lists, competitive intelligence, products, prompts, models, or training datasets. Do not upload another participant's confidential community content into an external AI system without authorization.
5. No Unsolicited Selling, Recruiting, or Prospecting
The community is not a marketplace or lead list. Do not pitch, advertise, recruit, solicit, send unsolicited business DMs, invite members into your offers, collect member contact information, or use the community for affiliate or referral promotion unless the Company creates a designated space or expressly permits it.
6. Respect Intellectual Property
Company materials, frameworks, tools, prompts, worksheets, diagnostic methods, recordings, dashboards, templates, and other proprietary resources are licensed for authorized use only. Do not reproduce, teach, republish, sell, reverse engineer, or use them to create a competing product or service.
7. Keep Access Authorized
Do not share credentials, private links, recordings, downloads, portal access, community access, or paid materials with anyone who is not authorized under the applicable Service.
8. Use Appropriate Judgment With Business Information
Do not post passwords, private keys, full payment-card information, Social Security numbers, protected health information, regulated customer information, or other highly sensitive data. When discussing a business problem, share only what is reasonably necessary and what you are authorized to disclose.
9. No Harmful, Illegal, or Deceptive Content
Do not post unlawful, defamatory, exploitative, sexually explicit, threatening, malicious, fraudulent, misleading, or dangerous content. Do not upload malware, stolen data, confidential information obtained without authorization, or content that infringes another person's rights.
10. Communities Are Not Emergency or Licensed Professional Services
Community spaces are not therapy, medical care, crisis response, legal representation, accounting, auditing, tax preparation, investment advisory, or other licensed professional services. Seek appropriately qualified support when your situation requires it.
11. Respect Boundaries in Direct Messages
Do not use access to the community to pressure, pursue, harass, romantically solicit, or repeatedly contact another member who has not invited the interaction. Respect a request to stop communicating.
12. Recorded Sessions and Replays
If a live session is recorded, you will be informed where reasonably practical. Do not independently record a session unless expressly authorized. Replays are for authorized participants only and may not be redistributed.
13. Raise Concerns Directly
If something feels unsafe, inappropriate, misleading, or inconsistent with these Guidelines, contact the Company at info@umorphos.ai. Do not retaliate against someone for raising a good-faith concern.
14. Moderation and Enforcement
The Company may remove content, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend access, or remove a participant when reasonably necessary to protect safety, confidentiality, security, intellectual property, legal compliance, or the functioning of the community. Serious violations may result in immediate removal. Refund consequences are governed by the applicable purchase agreement and law.
15. Program-Specific Rules
Certain spaces may have additional rules based on the nature of the program, such as The Recovery case-study confidentiality requirements or specific founder/business data protocols. When a program-specific rule is more protective or specific, follow that rule in addition to these Guidelines.
Why We Are Here
The purpose of this community is not performance, posturing, or proving. It is a place for thoughtful participation, honest reflection, useful business and personal insight, responsible experimentation, and respect for what other people choose to share.
Bring your questions. Bring your experience. Protect what is not yours. Leave other people with their sovereignty, confidentiality, and dignity intact.
