This Benefits, Results & Earnings Disclaimer applies to statements made by Prosperity Pathfinders, LLC, doing business as uMorphos and operating under the uMorphos brand, uMorphos, Aleisha Beckum, and their authorized representatives concerning possible benefits, outcomes, recoveries, transformations, improvements, earnings, savings, business results, personal results, or other effects of our Website, content, products, programs, coaching, advisory services, personalized tools, software-enabled diagnostics, AI-assisted features, workshops, events, communities, or other Services.

1. No Guaranteed Results

We make reasonable efforts to describe our Services accurately. We do not guarantee that you will experience any specific result, benefit, breakthrough, recovery, emotional shift, business improvement, financial outcome, spiritual insight, personal transformation, operational change, or result within any particular timeframe.

Results depend on many factors inside and outside the Company's control, including starting conditions, data quality, market conditions, implementation, timing, resources, decisions, team capability, customer behavior, economic conditions, health, personal circumstances, support systems, consistency, and other variables.

1.1 Specific Written Service Commitments

This Disclaimer does not remove a specific written commitment stated for an individual Service on its sales page, at checkout, or in an Enrollment Record. Where such a commitment exists, it controls for that Service and is limited to exactly what it says.

The Recovery states one such commitment. By the end of the twelve week engagement, the Recovery Roadmap produced with the participant will identify at least $4,500 in recoverable annual value, itemized, with the supporting arithmetic shown. If it does not, the Company continues working with the participant at no additional cost until it does.

That commitment is a commitment of continued work only. It is not a refund, credit, or price adjustment, and purchases remain final. It concerns value identified and written into the Roadmap, not revenue, profit, savings, or any amount realized in the participant's business. Recoverable annual value is an analytical estimate of what the arithmetic supports across a twelve month period based on information the participant supplies, not a measurement of money received or a prediction of future financial results. Implementation, and therefore any actual recovery, remains the participant's responsibility.

The commitment applies only where the participant has completed all twelve modules with their work recorded, attended all four strategic reviews, provided figures requested by the Company within seven days of each request, and raised any shortfall with the Company within thirty days of their final review. Nothing in this Section extends any commitment to any other Service.

2. Business, Profit, and Recovery Claims

Business-focused Services may identify Potential Findings, Value Leaks, opportunities, Estimated Recovery, implementation priorities, or other possible economic effects. These terms are analytical and planning concepts, not guarantees.

We do not guarantee increased revenue, profit, cash flow, margins, enterprise value, client acquisition, cost savings, time savings, team performance, operational efficiency, financing, valuation, investment returns, recovered value, or any other business or financial result.

Any estimate of potential savings, profit improvement, recovered time, opportunity, or economic impact depends on assumptions and information available at the time. Actual results may be lower, higher, delayed, or nonexistent.

3. Testimonials, Case Studies, and Prior Results

Testimonials, screenshots, case studies, historical recoveries, prior organizational results, client stories, examples, and anecdotes reflect individual circumstances. They do not represent a promise, warranty, typical result, or prediction that you will experience the same or similar outcome.

Where we share quantified results, the scope, timeframe, context, and method of measurement may differ from your situation. Founding case-study participation does not guarantee that a publishable or positive case study will result.

4. Educational, Coaching, and Business Advisory Nature

Depending on the Service, our work may include education, coaching, personal-development support, business strategy, operational analysis, organizational analysis, implementation support, decision support, and technology-enabled diagnostics.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, we do not provide legal representation, tax advice or preparation, accounting, bookkeeping, auditing, attestation, assurance, investment advice, securities advice, regulated financial planning, psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis, or other licensed professional services.

5. No Audit or Assurance

Reviewing business records, financial information, operations, processes, controls, or other data does not constitute an audit, review, compilation, attestation, forensic accounting engagement, business valuation, or assurance engagement. A "Validated Finding" is a program determination based on available information, not an audit opinion or certification.

6. Atlas, Navigator, and Interpretive Frameworks

Some Services may incorporate The Atlas, Navigator, Human Design, astrology, Gene Keys, personality systems, archetypal frameworks, contemplative systems, spiritual or philosophical concepts, or other interpretive modalities.

These frameworks are offered for reflection, exploration, and personalized context. They are not represented as scientifically validated diagnostic instruments and do not independently prove why a business problem exists, predict a financial outcome, diagnose a medical or psychological condition, or objectively determine your identity or future.

7. AI-Assisted and Automated Outputs

AI, language-model, rule-based, scoring, or automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or inappropriate assumptions. They should be treated as tools for analysis and decision support, not as infallible facts or substitutes for professional judgment.

8. Personal Growth and Well-Being

Personal-development Services may support self-awareness, reflection, boundaries, communication, decision-making, identity exploration, self-trust, and related personal-growth aims. We do not guarantee emotional, relational, spiritual, health, or psychological outcomes.

Our Services do not diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or manage medical or mental-health conditions and are not substitutes for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or other professional care.

9. Your Responsibility

You remain responsible for your own choices, actions, business decisions, implementation, professional advisers, safety, health, finances, relationships, and results. You should independently evaluate material recommendations and obtain qualified professional support when appropriate.

10. Emergency and Crisis Support

The Company does not provide emergency or crisis-response services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, mental-health crisis, suicidal thoughts, self-harm urges, abuse, credible danger, or another situation requiring immediate support, contact appropriate emergency services, crisis resources, or licensed professionals rather than relying on our Services.
