The Recovery
Get back the money and time trapped in your business.
Find → Fix → Recover
I made a short video about what this work looks like.
Your business works. It just isn't giving you enough back.
If you keep thinking, "For everything I'm putting into this business, I feel like I should be getting more back," this is for you.
Maybe the business makes good money and you still can't figure out where it goes. Maybe you hired a team so you could step back, and every decision still lands on your desk. Maybe sales are up and profit barely moved.
For 90 days, The Recovery helps you find where money and time are leaking, fix what matters most, and measure what comes back.
- Apply first, or enroll when you are ready. Nothing is charged on this page.
- Secure payment through Stripe, if we go forward.

My record
I've spent 18 years finding money organizations didn't know they were losing
I started working in government at 18. Since then I've worked in finance, operations, compliance, and audit. I've managed and advised on about $22 billion in public and private funds, and I've helped find, recover, and put to better use more than $2.3 billion.
In one project, a client paid me $25,000 for four weeks. We identified more than $160,000 in value.
Those are examples, not promises. And we didn't create any of it. It was already there. It was just trapped.

- Eight figure
- Business built and exited
- $22 billion
- In public and private funds managed
- $2.3 billion+
- Recovered that would have been left

Twenty grants drawn down and closed out, with the recovery never made.

A rate that had never been set where the work actually sat.

Money the company had already earned and had not collected.

Cancelled and on hold projects invoiced against for years, and never reconciled.

About you
Your business doesn't have to be failing for something to be wrong
You're making more sales without keeping much more profit. You hired people, and too much work still comes back to you.
You're paying for software, vendors, tools, and staff, and the business doesn't feel any easier to run. Your pricing might not match the work you do now. Old clients, offers, and tools you built are sitting unused.
Sometimes there's no one big problem. You just know the business owes you more than it's giving you.
Before you add another person, tool, offer, or marketing plan, look at what's already there.
Why this, and not a report alone. You might already know some of what's wrong. Seeing an opportunity doesn't change the business. Knowing where to start doesn't change it either.
The business changes when you Find what's there, Fix what matters, and Recover what comes back. That's what these 90 days are built to do. And you're not attacking the whole business at once. The process gives you an order.

How this works
Five things to know before you apply

01
The process is simple
Find. You look across the business for where money is lost, time is taken, or work is harder than it needs to be. A price you haven't raised since 2021. Software you pay for every month that nobody opens. A past client who'd buy again if someone just called.
Fix. You decide what matters most and what changes first. The goal isn't to fix everything. It's the few things that make the biggest difference.
Recover. You make the changes and track what happened. What money stayed, what time came back, what work went away, and what that opened up.
02
Two lenses, not one
The Recovery looks at two things: your business, and you.
Business Intelligence is my process and tools for finding where money and time are leaking: your pricing, your costs, your team, and the work that keeps coming back to you.
Human Intelligence is your Atlas, which maps how you make decisions and hand off work, so the changes you choose fit the way you actually run things.
The numbers show you what's happening in the business. The Atlas shows you the person making the calls.
03
You leave with a written plan
At the end of the 90 days, you'll know where the business was losing money or time, what you fixed, what still needs work, and what you want to do next.
You'll also have your Recovery Roadmap: what's been fixed, what's still in progress, what needs watching, and where your attention goes over the next 90 days.
You don't leave with a long list of problems. You leave knowing what to do about them.
04
Who this is for
A founder who already has a real business. You have paying customers and a clear way of selling and delivering the work. You might have employees, contractors, vendors, software, repeat clients, or several offers.
You also need to be able to make changes. When we find something that needs fixing, you should have the power and the will to act on it.
05
Why this work matters to me
A growing business asks more and more from its founder. More hours. More decisions. More problems that land on you.
I don't think the answer is always to add more. When the business wastes less money, you have more money to use. When work goes away, you have more time.

Questions
Questions people ask
How much time will I need?
How much depends on your business and what you find. You will need time to go through the work, look at your business, and make changes during the 90 days. This isn't meant to become another full-time job.
What's in The Atlas?
The Atlas draws on ten systems for understanding how a person makes decisions, including Human Design and Vedic astrology. You don't need to believe in any of them to use it.
It gives you a map of how you tend to decide and hand off work. You use what's useful to make changes that fit how you actually run the business.
What's the difference between The Recovery and The Recovery Private?
With The Recovery, you use the tools I built from my own process to review your own business, with me on the live reviews and verifying every finding you submit. With The Recovery Private, I do the digging myself, 1:1, inside your records, and work privately with you through the findings. It's how I've run this work for years.
Do you review my tax returns?
No. The Recovery looks at how the business runs: pricing, costs, team, and the work that keeps coming back to you. Tax work is a separate offer.
Who is The Recovery not for?
It isn't for a business still finding its first customers or proving its offer works. It isn't for a company in an emergency. And it doesn't replace a lawyer, accountant, tax professional, or investment adviser.
Will I recover a certain amount of money?
No, and I won't promise one. Every business is different.
What The Recovery gives you is a structured way to look across the business, decide what matters, make the changes, and track what happened.
What happens after I apply?
I read your application to see if The Recovery looks like a fit. If it does, I send you a link to book a call. On the call we talk about the business and decide which level makes sense.

Before you decide
Six things you can hold me to
I read every application myself.
I'm on every review call, group or private. If The Recovery isn't a fit for your business, I'll say so.
Your Atlas is included.
It's $444 on its own, and from week one it puts the way you make decisions on the table next to the business.
You're never waiting for the next call.
Private Navigator access runs four months, one past the end of the program. It's $44 a month on its own.
You leave with a written Roadmap.
Your Recovery Roadmap says what was fixed, what's still open, and what comes next. It's built from your own numbers, and it's yours to keep.
The price you see is the price you pay.
Every payment runs through Stripe, with a receipt. There's nothing else you have to buy to finish the 90 days.
What you share stays with me.
Nothing about your business goes public without your written permission.
The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy say the rest in plain words.
The next step
Start with what's already in the business
You already did the hard part. You built it. Now let's go get back what it owes you.
The Recovery gives you my process. The Recovery Private gives you my process and my eyes. You don't have to choose before you apply. We talk about your business first and decide which one fits.
The application takes about three minutes. If your business looks like a fit, I'll invite you to book a call. If you already know, you can enroll from the price above.
What would you do with what comes back?
You could finally pay yourself what the business can afford, build a real cash cushion, or make the hire you keep putting off. Or you could leave at four on a Thursday and not feel guilty about it.
